In 2005, the Bulgarian state sold all its shareholdings in the
capital of Balkancar ZARYA followed by the majority
shareholder – “Balkancar Holding” EAD to private investors. The
shares were auctioned on the BSE- Sofia.
The shareholders' book of Balkancar ZARYA is
kept in the Central
Depository AD (CDAD) – the only organization in Bulgaria providing
settlement of corporate securities in book-entry form. Reference
to the current shareholders records should be made with the CDAD.
