Impossibility the GMS to be announced in the Commercial Register

The appointed for 05.12.2008 extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company will not take place due to impossibility the GMS to be announced in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency in due time. The Board of Directors of Balkancar-Zarya PLC will re-appoint the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which shall be held under the same agenda and announced in compliance with the requirements of the Commerce Act and the POSA.
