Changes in BALKANCAR ZARYA Board of Directors have been entered in the Trade Register

The changes in the membership of Balkancar Zarya Board of Directors approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company shareholders that was held on 22nd December 2008 and registered on 7th January 2009 under the registration number 20090107092402 in the Trade Register hosted by the Registration Agency are as follows:

1. Evgeni Dimitrov Stoev has been delisted as a BD member and Executive Member to Balkancar Zarya Plc.

2. Dimitar Vladimirov Ivantchoff has been listed as a BD member and Executive Member to Balkancar Zarya Plc.

3. The Company shall be represented by Dimitar Vladimitov Ivantchoff.
