Increse of "WATTS ZARYA LIMITED" AD capital was registered

On 10.09.2008 an increase of “WATTS ZARYA LIMITED” AD capital from BGN 50 000 to BGN 250 000 was registered in the Commercial Register of the Register Agency.

“BALKANCAR ZARYA” PLC participated in the increase with a cash contribution of BGN 100 000, against which acquired 100 000 new shares of the capital of “WATTS ZARYA LIMITED” AD.

After the increase the participation of «BALKANCAR ZARYA» PLC in «WATTS ZARYA LIMITED» AD is reserved to the extent of 50%. The remaining 50% of the capital of «WATTS ZARYA LIMITED» AD (125 000 shares) are owned by «WATTS INDUSTRIAL TYRES» Co. – U.K., which also participated in the increase with a cash contribution of BGN 100 000.
