Decisions of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Balkancar-Zarya PLC

The extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Balkancar-Zarya PLC-Pavlikeni dated 30.03.2011 has adopted the following decisions:
- Adoption of voted and adopted on 04.11.2010 by the General Meeting of Bondholders of the holders of secured corporate bonds under ISIN BG2100015077 changes in parameters of the bond issue according the protocol prepared;
- Amendments in the Company's statutes;
